Lost, Delayed & Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and provide the best possible solution.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled only before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
