30-Day Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Products returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not qualify for a refund.
Exchanges
Need a different fragrance or received the wrong item?
We're happy to offer exchanges within 30 days for eligible products, subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
